Typically, temporary files (
LBInumber,SRTnumber,PGEnumber,DBInumber, andTRPnumber) are invisible (unlinked on UNIX) when Progress is running. In these filenames,numberis the process ID of the user’s OpenEdge session. The-tparameter also makes the entries visible after Progress aborts. However, if Progress aborts, delete the temporary files yourself.With or without the
-tparameter, Progress always deletes the temporary files when it terminates normally.
